RECON Series

RECON Series - Single Gas Personal Detector for CO, H2S, O2 or LEL

The compact RECON Series portable gas detector features a large easy-to-read LCD. Instruments are available for monitoring CO, H2S, O2 or combustible gas. Other features include two instant alarms with audio/visual and vibratory indicators, rechargeable battery, with STEL and TWA alarms for CO and H2S. This small shirt-pocket-size instrument weighs about 140 grams. RECON Series instruments are designed to be intrinsically safe.

Formaldemeter

Formaldemeter htV Portable Direct Reading Formaldehyde Monitor

The Formaldemeter htV portable gas detector offers a simple way to monitor levels of airborne formaldehyde in the environment. The instrument is easy to use with a simple fourbutton keypad and features an easy-to-read four-digit display. It employs a well-proven electrochemical formaldehyde sensor that will provide an immediate indication of formaldehyde levels. Unlike other formaldehyde monitoring devices, such as, color stain tubes and badges, the Formaldemeter htV is capable of measuring many samples consecutively without the need for inconvenient ancillary equipment. Real-time results also mean that potential overexposures can be identified as they occur, without the delay and expense associated with laboratory analysis.

Spectrum-SP Series

Spectrum SP Series Portable Gas Detector with Integral Pump for Improved Monitoring Performance

 (13)
Gas detectors are designed for monitoring the environment by one of two methods, diffusion or sample draw. In the case of diffusion, natural forces are relied upon to cause the ambient air to interact with the gas sensor. As an alternative, the air sample can be drawn to the sensor using either a hand-operated, squeeze-bulb aspirator or a motorized sample pump. Obviously, the motorized pump is much more convenient and easier to use, and it can provide a continuous air sample to the sensor at a constant flow rate.

Sample draw reduces gas response time compared to natural diffusion, and it facilitates testing of valves, pipe connections, etc. for leaks, and enables the monitoring of remote areas or enclosed vessels where nonambient ...

Spectrum Series

Spectrum Series Personal Gas Detector

The SPECTRUM Series portable gas detector is a compact, durable and microprocessor-based personal monitor. This instrument is designed for a variety of applications including use by firefighters, inspectors, emergency service personnel, and in industrial applications such as, wastewater treatment facilities, pulp, paper and steel mills.

Glutaraldemeter

Glutaraldemeter®3

The user friendly Glutaraldemeter® 3 from PPM Technology Ltd. gives a rapid indication of whether the glutaraldehyde level is above or below the Maximum Exposure Level.
  • Uses the well proven Lion electrochemical fuel cell sensor
  • Has improved selectivity
  • Stores time to peak readings
  • Holds peak reading
  • Stores last ten values
The GLUTARALDEMETER® 3 incorporates the latest technology in its design. Although it uses the same fuel cell and sampling system as its predecessor it has several advantages over it, in that it is much more user friendly. The instrument displays zero when the fuel cell is clear and ready to sample, also holds the peak reading, and memorises the last ten peak values which are ...
